The walls are finished with clean, durable LP Smart Trim, while the floor boasts beautiful, low-maintenance porcelain tile. To maximize airflow and views, we installed sliding windows equipped with full screens, turning this room into the ultimate indoor-outdoor retreat. The true heart of the room is the stunning, custom-built stone fireplace. Featuring a rugged stone facade, a heavy timber mantel, and a raised stone hearth, it adds an undeniable cozy warmth and serves as a dramatic architectural focal point.

The exterior construction features a flawless tie-in to the existing home, wrapped in durable, weather-resistant LP Smart Trim board that we custom designed and built and a classic shake gable.
