Commercial Covered Porch Project in Burlington, NC
Constructed a 18' X 39' Classico covered porch for a retirement community building in the Burlington, NC area. OLRzz installed ceiling fans and lights so the people who live in the community could dine there at night. The staff at the facility has provide full scale dining during the day and night. The management upscale facility wanted a classy and elegant covered porch and that is exactly what Renaissance Porch Products delivers. The Renaissance Classico Patio Cover integrates full trusses under the roof panels giving the Classico the look and feel of a pergola, or exposed-beam wood-framed roof while retaining all of the aluminum’s maintenance-free benefits.
OLRzz is coming back soon to install motorized screens to block out the sun during the day for the residents.
Overall is what an fun project to work on and the clients where very pleased with the outcome.
