Converted Sunroom and Deck with Covered Porch Project in Summerfield, NC

We took a existing screen room and turned into a beautiful Traditional Three-Season Sunrooms. OLRzz used LP Smart Siding products for the exterior and interior to provide a rustic look to match the house. LP products provide an excellent warranty while providing our clients a timeless feel. OLRzz added a Covered Porch with cathedral ceiling finished in tongue and groove pine, wrapped posts and beams using LP Smart Trim, and stained in just clear coat to show off the beautiful pine wood. The deck was built on masonry piers and wrapped in stone to match the existing piers of the house. OLRzz installed composite decking boards by TimberTech. We also installed bronze railings and built custom stairs wrapped in LP Smart Trim. Our clients were absolutely wonderful to work with and made this project one of our favorites! They told us this now their favorite part of the house.

Client Review: We are so pleased with the custom updating and construction that Ron and his subcontractors did at our house. They are true craftsmen. The work here required leveling, removing damaged and rotted walls and reconstruction of a doorway, installing windows and a door, decking and a new roof. We are so pleased with the final project and enjoy our home even more. The room that he enclosed with windows and French door is now clean usable space. It used to be just a pollen collection room. There was very little waste. The doorway he repaired is more fitting the to the house than the original door. Ron is a communicator. There were many conversations with him, his subs and me to make sure we were all on the same page. I truly appreciated that interaction. Ron has my full recommendation.
