Screen Porch, Pergola, and Patio Project in Greensboro, NC
A custom-designed and built screened-in porch using cedar post and SCREEN EZE for the screens.
The ceiling is made using pine tongue and groove and then stained naturally.
The interior walls were built using LP Smart Siding and Trim boards.
We created a picture frame look around doors and windows to add character to the room. Installed cedar chair rails and aluminum balusters that will never rust or need replacing.
The owners on this project were a pleasure to work with, they put their trust in us and we exceeded their expectations.
We went with a metal roof on this project to provide the owners that long-lasting warranty and raindrop sound when sitting out and enjoying the rainy weather.
The pergola was constructed using 100% western cedar boards and is 19’ x 21’.
We built custom benches using cedar and treated lumber for extra sitting.
The patio was constructed using a combination of pavers, veneer flagstone rock, and pebbles.
Once again, the owners put their trust in our design abilities and we went to work creating them an outdoor space to enjoy for years to come. We also built walkways using veneer flagstone encased in concrete to provide beautiful pathways to well-traveled areas in their backyard.
